1. Our store

PLEXYA is operated by PS Bray Collective LLC, 7901 4th Street North, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. Contact: info@plexyastore.com. These Terms apply to your use of our store and purchases of our digital products. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting provision.

2. Digital products

We sell digital ebooks and downloadable files, not physical products. Each product page describes the content, language, and file format. Please review these details before purchasing and ensure that your device can open the stated file format. Product descriptions must not be understood as guarantees of personal, educational, or financial outcomes.

3. Orders and payment

You must be legally able to make a purchase and provide accurate billing and contact information. The applicable price, currency, taxes, and total payable are displayed before payment at checkout. Digital products have no physical shipping, handling, or customs delivery charges. Prices and promotions may change for future orders, but changes do not alter completed purchases. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you using the contact details provided and refund any payment collected for that order.

4. Digital delivery

Products are supplied by direct download after successful payment. No carriers, tracking numbers, postal delivery periods, or transfer of physical shipping risk apply. If your download is unavailable, incorrect, or cannot be opened, contact info@plexyastore.com with your order number so we can investigate and help you access your purchase.

5. Returns, refunds, and consumer rights

Digital files cannot be physically returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and purchases are non-refundable for a change of mind after the content has been supplied or accessed, except where required by law. Defective, inaccessible, or incorrectly described content may entitle you to a remedy, including a refund, under applicable law. Please see our Refund Policy.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to digital content, it is lost only when the legal requirements for immediate supply, prior express consent, and acknowledgment of the loss of that right have been met. Completing a purchase alone does not establish that these requirements have been met. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

6. Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchasing a digital product provides permission for personal, non-commercial use, not ownership of its copyright. You may not resell, publicly distribute, or share the downloadable files without the rights holder's permission, except as permitted by law. Store content and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' intellectual property rights.

7. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send payment card details or account passwords by email.

8. Shopify and third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made directly from PLEXYA, not from Shopify. Third-party links or tools may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. This does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller or limit mandatory consumer rights.

9. Responsible use

You must not use the store for unlawful activities, infringe intellectual property rights, submit fraudulent orders, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the security or operation of the store. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, subject to applicable law and your rights regarding completed purchases.

10. Errors and availability

We may correct errors and update product information. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you rather than impose an additional charge without your consent. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, but will provide assistance with access to purchased digital content. Nothing here excludes remedies for content that is defective or not as described.

11. Liability and governing law

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or statutory rights relating to digital content. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Florida and the United States, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available under the laws applicable to them.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for future use of the store. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights relating to completed purchases. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
