Refund policy

Digital products: returns and refunds

PLEXYA sells digital products supplied by direct download. No physical products are shipped. Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once the digital content has been supplied or accessed, purchases are non-refundable for a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

Download or product problems

If you cannot access your download, receive the wrong file, or believe the digital product is defective or not as described, contact info@plexyastore.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and help restore access, provide the correct file, or provide another remedy, including a refund where required by applicable law.

Statutory consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to digital content, that right is lost only when the legal requirements for immediate supply, prior express consent, and acknowledgment of the loss of that right have been met. A purchase alone does not establish that those requirements have been met.
